Datasuiit can't open Outlook

Hi
I am attempting to sync my phone (Nokia 3650) with Outlook. It either fails,
or Outlook tells me a program is attempting to open Outlook, and how long do
I want to allow access. If I say 10 minutes, my Datasync software can open
and read my Outlook contacts, but then can't access them to do the sync.
I guess this is a security feature. Is there are way I can either disable
it, or selectively disable it?
