Database Preview on Desktop

I'm sure a million people have asked this question, but I'll ask again. Is
there a website that can give me step by step instructions so I can view my
database results page on my computer without uploading my site to the
Internet?

You can only do this, if you are running Windows 2000 Pro or Windows XP Pro with IIS and the FP
extensions installed and have created and viewed your site via http://localhost/pagename.asp or
http://localhost/subwebname/pagename.asp
