database performance

Hello Outthere,

I do have a access adp database based on a ms sql 2000 Server.

If a execute some queries, stored procedures there is sometimes a pretty low
performance to get the data in a formluar or report.

The SQL Server bores. There is not really load on the server during
executing the stuff.

So I thougth maybe there are some other possiblities into access to improve
the performance.

Now I am looking for tips and hints to get this performance a bit better to
access the data.

Do somebody have ideas, which I can try to get a better performance.

Thank you
