I looking to import an existing Access database into frontpage and upload it
to Windows Sharepoint Service. Any idea how to do it?

Thanks

You can't import anything into FrontPage. You CAN import files and folders
into a web site. Now, I may be accused of being picky here, but it is
important, when building a house, for example, to know the difference
between a hammer and a 2X4, for obvious reasons.

You miport an Access database into your web in the same wya that you import
any other file. Use File|Import... or drage the file from an Explorer window
(such as Windows Explorer or My Computer) into a web which is opened in
FrontPage. Once you import the file, FrontPage should automatically set up a
Connection to it.

Again, you don't upload files to Windows SharePoint Services, and more than
you can import a file into FrontPage. You can create WSS web sites, and they
can use a database. In FrontPage, with a WSS site opened, just import the
database file in the same way you'd import it into a regular web site.

In fact, other than the Connection creation which FrontPage can do for you,
it isn't really necessary to have the database inside a web site at all. An
Access database can reside anywhere on the machine. The Connection String
identifies the file location, as well as other Connection parameters.
