database has bee placed in a state by user 'Admin'...

I get an error beginning like this nearly every time I make a change to one
of the forms in a new database I'm developing. How can I prevent this
message? I have found that if I close the db and open it back up, I don't get
this message but their has to be a better way to prevent this....
 
The complete error message is
"The database has been placed in a state by user 'Admin' on machine
'XXXXXXX' that prevents it from being opened or locked.
