Database for logging telephone calls

Hi there

I work in a customer services department and we would like to set up a
system for logging and resolving telephone calls within our department.

I wondered if anyone knew of any on-line sites that may have some examples
or tutorials that may help me.

Perhaps the Contact Billing database that ships with Access (and
therefore is already on your computer) will suffice. If not, it can be
a starting point for modifications.

Click on File + New + General Templates + Databases
