Database conversion to Access 2000

Hello,

I have an existing database in 97 version that was split into front and back
end with security in place.
Now that all users have 2000 version and I am in the process of modifying
the database also. I want to convert to 2000 version, hence have several
questions.

The thing is while I converted to 2000 and working on modifying the front
and back end, users continue entering data in the 97 version. Once I am done
with the 2000 version modification, how do I update the data in the BE from
97 version to my 2000 version before I distribute out to users? Thanks

NOTE: I also did some modification on the Back End.

Is not suggestable to work with different version
So try to take a convention.
Why do you want conevrt in 2000?
Do you know that even if you have a 2000 version you can work in 97 format?

Ah, what I would suggest is make those same modifications in the A2000
back end to the A97 back end. Leave the backend in A97 until all the
users are converted to the new A2000 FE. Then convert the backend
to A2000.

A client was successfully running a mixture of A97 and A2000 FEs
against an A97 BE for several years.
