Database access not possible

Hi All,

This man needs your help badly.

I have a MSAccess database that I cannot open. When I attempt to I ge
the following error:

“You don’t have the necessary permissions to use the <name> object
Have your system administrator or the person who created this objec
establish the appropriate permissions for you.”

The big problem is that I have lost the MDW file.

I have re-created a new MDW file with the default permissions and stil
I have no access to the database.

Can anyone help, advise or just comfort me in my hour of great need.
