Hi I have office 2003 installed in domain environment (installed
normally not through group policy), one of the workstations can't
create database any new database and gives me this error message
"Microsoft office Access couldn't find file 'C:\Documents and settings
\student\Application Data\Microsoft\Access\System.mdw'. This file is
required for startup." I checked the path the file is there and it has
Full control permission and every time I try to create a new database
it will give the same error but with different file name like
"System1.mdw" then the number will be incremented by one each time I
try to create a new database like "System2.mdw".. "System3.mdw" and so
on. The odd thing is when I try to open access with administrator
account it doesn't give this error at all and work normally as it
should, I tried reinstalling office with SP2 update but this didn't
solve my problem. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
