Data transfer from Word to Excel

I created a form in word XP with some fields. I would
like to transfer the content of those into an excel XP
sheet. How should I do that?

The folks in the Office group are probably better informed to answer
your question. However, it's possible to import a Word document form
into Excel and vice versa. The mechanics of doing it are something
that the Office experts can help you with. Good luck.
