data separation in OE

Every time, when I send a message with an enslosured file (> 100 kb), Outlook
Express splites this file into more messages and the recipient can not open
the inclosure (because of more messages, which his POst programm can not set
together). Help me!!!

Tools | Options | Advanced
Uncheck the option to split messages apart.
