Data Migration Project from Netware 4.11 to Windows 2000

I am looking for both documentation and also tools/utils to help me plan and
carry out a migration project from Netware to Windows 2000.

We already have an Active Direcorty in place as well as NDS for Novell so am
not looking at migrating the NDS itself, just the data that the servers hold
(User homes folders on one server and Data Volumes and Shares on another).
The intention is do also use this configuration on both the Windows 2000
Servers.
Any help in this would be greatly appreciated

I hope you arent planning on being able to replicate NDS rights structure
over to AD, it wont happen.
