Data Input via CD

I recently upgraded my computer and transferred data from my old computer to
CD. I am now trying to transfer data to the new computer and upon inserting
the CD it goes to Roxio Retreiver and I am not familiar with what I should do
based on the options on this screen. Can you direct me through this process.
