Data Execution Prevention grayed out since WD

In control panel System Properties Advanced Setings Data Execution Prevention
All of the setings are grayed out. This started some time after Windows
Defender was installed, is this part of WD or something else?

The BIOS setting for DEP may be correct, but some drivers may be setting the
