Data Entry in Table Not Sticking

Hello,
We have a new employee. She enters data into a form which is supposed to
update a table. For some reason she enters the data and it disappears. No one
else in the company has this problem. I have tried logging on as her and it
does the same thing.

Any idea of the types of properties that can be causing this? Thanks

Is the database split? If Yes, make very, very sure that her FE is pointing
to the correct BE.

If not split, make sure that she's opening up the correct database. She
could be pointing to an older version.

Another thought: Does she have read, right, create, and delete privileges to
the database file(s) and the entire folder that they are in?

Thanks Jerry. I did not create this table, the data entry form or the
report. How do I check to see that she has thiese priviledges?

Jerry means the rights on the folder, not within the Access file.

Yes. She has rights to the folders. Still checking on this. Thanks for your
