Defaulting data from one table to another

Hello,

I'm fairly new to Access and I was asked to see if I could figure how to
have data from one table automatically populate another table based on what
was entered into a specific field.

We are building a database to track issues with department PC's. The user
would like to enter a workstation id in table 1. Once the workstation id is
entered she would like the associated workstation model number and tag number
to automatically populate the fields based on values in table 2.

I hope this makes sense. Please let me know if you need more detail.

I am suspicious of your database design. Can you post back with what is in
each table and what the rules are?
