Hello,

Im running win xp pro ver 2002. When configuring the
wireless newwork properties I select data encryption
(wep) key format Hexadecimal digits. However My problem
is my linksys 802.11g router supports data encription 64
and 128 bits but on my xp machine my only choices are 40
and 104 bits. How can I change that to ge the same
choices as the router?

Thanks

64 and 40 are different names for the same thing; likewise,
128 and 104 are different names for the same thing. Since you
can choose either, choose 128/104 -- harder to crack.
