We need to alter the look of the emal results in the email after sending to
outlook from Access.
How do we edit it and or is there software we can use to send forms that
will link to our database via email. I like the collect data function but
need help with makeing it look more like a form. Thanks.

You can use InfoPath for what you are looking for. The default setting is
HTML which you cannot alter (unfortunately). InfoPath is the application to
create nice looking forms. Downside is that the receiver of the form needs
InfoPath installed to make use of the forms you send them. Most of the times
this isn't the case and people are stuck with the default html setup.

But InfoPath is a great tool for what you are looking for.

Shoot! Not want I wanted to hear. Info path is great for us but not a big
market.
Any other ideas for the data send to large groups?

Nope, not that I can think of. I really like the feature but i dislike the
lack of options you have with html because until know that's the only option
that works well with what we would like to do. You run into the same problem
as we do. We also like InfoPath a lot but not every customer has InfoPath ;-(

If you're willing to write code, Access can send any email you want and
parse the returning emails with your own code. You get complete flexibility,
but it can be a fair amount of work depending on your data collection
complexity. If nothing else, estimating the development cost might make the
current email appearance more acceptable...
