DAT. file

I have a DAT. file in my temporary internet files. Should
I delete this file &if so how?
 
It's an indexing file for Temp Internet Files. If you delete it it will
be recreated. Take your pick. It won't hurt aything if you do or don't
delete it.

If its in an internet temp folder, then its either trash or nothing
you'd want. If its in a windows/temp folder, then the rules change a
bit.
