Damn Computer Keeps Shutting Off

then a 30 sec countdown unless I Shutdown myself

You have Blaster, to fix this when you boot, press
[ctrl/alt/del] click the process tab and find the Blaster
process on the list and shut it down.
Then open your network connection and set your firewall ON
so you don't get infected again.
Then get the STINGER program from
http://vil.nai.com/vil/averttools.asp and run it to
remove/repair your computer.
Then go to Windows Update and install all the critical
updates.

You have a virus = Mblaster Follow the steps below.

1. Go to control Panel> Network connections > *Your
connection* rt click >properties, Advanced Tab, check to
enable> The Firewall.

2. Do a Ctrl + Alt + DeL , on task manager highlight
MBlaster.exe and end the Process.

3. Go here and download the fix.
