I was viewing the files in folder C:\WINDOWS\DOWNLOADED
PROGRAM FILES and I saw WUY31S.DLL listed as damaged. This
is an Active X file. Does anyone know how I can
reconstruct/replace this file? Thanks

Run
sfc /scannow
in a command box.
Have your install CD handy. This will reinstall all damaged system files.
No guarantee it will catch your dll, but it might.
If not, you can copy it from the CD manually (do a search for it), but
first rename the damaged one, just in case. I usually change the last
letter of the file so it's easy to find, xxxxxx.dll becomes xxxxx.dlm
If, after copying the new file over and seeing that everything is OK, then
delete the old file.
