Alright. Normally, there's a CD comes with your phone containing software which you load onto your PC.

You then connect your phone via usb or bluetooth and your computer - using the phone's software usually - sees your phone as an external hard disk with folders.

It's usually a case of just dragging and dropping music files from one location to another.

Same goes for pix, movies and other stuff.
