Ever since I packed XP SP2 to my laptop, the computer is likes to run into
100% CPU state, especially when network setting changes (e.g. enable/disable
wireless card, plug/drop network cable).
I checked the task manager, and found that svchosts process occupies all
CPU.
From the eventvwr, I can only find one error message in the System log:
------------------------------------------------------------------
The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed to load:
d344bus
