D-Link DWL-AB520 external antenna: extend it?

Hi.

I am attempting to network two houses wirelessly. The two houses are
about 200 ft. apart with a clear shot from the east wall of the
transmitting house to the west wall of the receiving house. I am
transmitting my broadband connection via a D-Link DI-624. It will be
placed on the east wall of the house via a long Cat5. The computer at
the receiving house is using a DWL-AB520 with its 6-ft. long cord
attached to the external antenna. The problem is the cord needs to be
about 20 ft. long in order to reach the kitchen window to pick up the
signal from the transmitting house.

Does anyone know of any place I can find a cord extension for this
wireless card?

Thanks,
Matt

The logical place for a cable extension (since the antenna cable is sealed
at one end) is the D-Link website.
You would probabley want something like the ANT24-CB06N cable as long as
those connectors work with your PCI card.
But if the connection is not right for your card then you should contact
D-Link Technical Support to see if they have an adapter or different kind of
extension cable for your model.
