D is not accessible

I am having problems saving any of my work onto cd rom.
Can anyone help????
 
You can not save files on CD Roms! These are Read Only.

If you want to save files on CD-Rs or CD-RWs, XP does not normally allow you
to save directly onto these. You will need to save them elsewhere and then
work and reacording a CD-R/CD-RW.
