shut off the computer and see if that fixes it, if it does not, see if its
recognized in device manager and driver is installed also adminsitrative
tools-disk management, if it is there and still does not work try reloading
the driver from update driver from device manager and allow search on the
internet( be connected to your isp), if it still does not work , it may be
time to get another one.
