cyrillic characters don't display in favorites

If I add web pages with cyrillic characters in their names
to my favorites, the cyrillic characters are not displayed
on my list of favorites, even though they are displayed as
the page name when I right click and hit "properties."

I have all the cyrillic character options set under
tools/internet options/languages and in Windows ME.

I'd appreciate any suggestions or help on this.

It's an expected behavior for Windows ME -
it does work they way you want it BUT
only in Unicode-based versions of Windows -
Windows 2000, Windows XP.
