cut and paste program that stays on top

I tend to print out a lot of documents that I need to input number into
other docs. There's no way to keep both programs on the screen at the
same time so I was looking for a simple program that allows me to cut
and past information and for it to stay on top like a post it note so I
can copy the info without having to switch back and forth between
windows.

AT notes might do this, but when I went to the homepage it said it had been
discontinued. However you can get it from here

It's a sticky note with an always on top option, and a rightclick menu that
has a copy all option.

Mt latest enthusiasm, powerpro, also has a nice note option, with the same
facilities, but I suppose I couldn't call it simple!

If you just have two windows open, you can tile them automatically by
the following method:
Right click on taskbar, then select "tile windows vertically"
You might also try using something like clipomatic or nakka's CLCL, so
you can copy several things at once, and paste at will:
