Cut and Paste Problem

Hi,
I am having a problem with copying and pasting in Word 2003.
When I use the ctrl+c and Ctrl+v to paste selected text instead of getting
the actual text I get a screen shot of the system pasted there.
it happens only on some documents.
any ideas

Might these documents have a common template? In that case, the keyboard
shortcut Ctrl+C is probably mapped to a macro that's taking a screen shot,
overriding the built-in copy command. You'd need to discuss this issue with
the person who created the template.
