I have tried to search for a solution to this problem, but I can't
find anyone who is talking about it.
When I "copy" an item, such as a Hyperlink or file, THEN open Outlook
and try to "paste" the item into an email, the data is replaced with
some sort of mail icon with a green arrow in it.
If Outlook is already open, the cut and paste work perfectly. So in a
nutshell, the act of opening Outlook causes the information in the
clipboard to be lost. Is there a setting for this somewhere? I had to
reload my PC recently (XP) and I do not remember having this problem
before. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
