Outlook 2007 cut and paste double spacing

When I cut lists from a text file I use and paste them into the body
of an Outlook message, the list becomes double spaced. I have to
highlight the text and then use the single space format button. Is
there a way to paste the lists in without them being automatically
double spaced? Thanks, K

Are you pasting into a double spaced or single spaced message? Which paste
option do you use? as text should use the spacing of the paragraph you are
pasting into.
