Not possible. You must FTP them, upload or publish them.

If you are designing an internet site, you are probably using some
webdesigner software - either one of the free site builders (which will let
you upload files)... Dreamweaver (about which I happily know nothing) or
FrontPage which you either FTP the whole site when it is ready or Publish
using http://www.yourdomain.com if the hosting company has FrontPage
Extensions installed.
