How do I custumize the New Ducument Task Pane? I would like to put more of
my templetes on the "New from template" section, and do away with the "New
from existing document" section. This would be a great help do to my small
laptop screen. Thanks, Charlie

I don't think you'll be able to do this. There are a number of ways to get
new documents from templates. Most require vba but not all. You may want to
take a look at

During the last couple of days I posted a couple of messages in answer to
similar questions with links to Knowledge Base articles that describe how you
can modify the New Document task pane. Search for those in this group. Or do a
Knowledge Base search yourself at microsoft.com
