Customizing the Web Client

Does anyone know how I can customize the web client so
that it goes right into a specific server?

I don't want my users to be able to pick a server at all
but click on a link that fires off the web client to a
predetermined server.

You should be able to specify the server that you want to
connect to in the default.htm file.

While I can't seem to find the correct part of the code,
