customizing the short date format

Does anyone know if there is a way to customize the short
date format during an unattended installation?

2-search for: date
3-find and read article:
4-Change the way your computer displays the date.
 
Thanks, but I need information on how to configure it
during an unattended install, not after the system is up
and running.
