Customizing taskbar

How do I place the volume icon on the taskbar and make it stay there permanently? Right now, I have to replace it there every time I turn the computeroff and back on. Thank you.

Under Control Panal double click on Sounds ICON and make sure there is a
check in the box that says place volumn icon on the taskbar.

To use the Regedit: Save the REG File to your hard disk. Double click it
