Customizing start-up for other users/groups

Hi,

How can I hide some programs from the start-up menu so it
will not be available to other users who log in the same
PC? I want to be able to choose only certain programs to
appear in the start-up whenever I create a new account.

The initial start-up menu of new accounts is a copy of
this same from the Default User profile, so you can adjust
this by control over what is present in the
Default User\Start Menu folder
