Customizing Outlook does not work

I am using Outlook 2000. When I press the Customize
outlook button in the Outlook today menu it doen't do
anything. So I am not able to customize the look of my
outlook today page. I've tried doing detect and repair
but that did not work. Any suggestions??

go to MS knowledge base article - 820575. It explains how
to fix this...
