Outlook 12 Beta 2 - Customize Outlook Today

When I installed the beta, it converted my Outlook 2000 folders, etc.,
including my Outlook Today customization. Now when I go to Outlook Today, I
see my customized page show for an instant, then it is overlaid with a page
that doesn't show any of my calendar items, folders, etc.

I don't think this is the IE security patch issue that so many people are
writing about. I am able to customize Outlook Today, I am just not able to
enjoy the results of that customization.

Since you upgraded over outlook 2000 you should definitely make a new
profile as there are known problems upgrading profiles from the really old
versions.

I may have misinformed you about the version of Outlook that I upgraded
from. I upgraded to the Office 7 Beta 2 from Office XP, whatever version of
Outlook that was. I have entries in the registry for Office 10.0.

In any case, creating a new profile in Outlook didn't seem to make a
difference for this problem. I am eager to try anything else that you might
suggest.
