In Windows 98 I was able to place pictures/tiles/colors
as backgrounds in my folders...much like placing a picture
on my desktop. Windows XP either doesn't offer that
option, or I haven't been able to figure out how to do it.
Can anyone help me?

1. Right click folder in question
2. Select Properties
3. Click Customise
4. Click Select Picture
5. Then in Explorer, select View, Thumbnails to see them.
