The answer depends on where the "2" part comes from.
If "2" should be fixed, you could apply the List Number style and then
modify it to include "2." before numbers: From the Modify Style dialog
box (http://www.shaunakelly.com/word/styles/ModifyAStyle.html), click
Format>Numbering, and then click Customize. Word displays the
Customize Numbered List dialog box. In the "Number format" box, type
in "2." before the number.
