Customized XP SP2 Disc - Streamlined ?

Currently managing more than 50 computers at work. All with OEM
installed XP Pro. Would like to reinstall the XP again but with
customized settings e.g. certain unrequired xp option like games,
messenger, media player removed out.

Wonder if I do this at 1 pc first, is it possible to duplicate this to
the rest of the pc? Coz I dont want to cause any problem with the
licensing issue and wasting time of repeating this all with the rest
of the pcs.

For info, only XP pro pcs. No windows server.
