Customized Right Click --> New... ?

Sorry if this has been answered recently but I wasn't able to find what I
wanted. I know that it is possible to remove the context options that are
added by some programs you can install, but I wanted to know if you could add
a new entry somehow to the "New" node when you right click. For example, the
New --> Text Document yields a "New Text Document.txt", and I am interested
in adding things like New --> Java Source File (which would create a
NewCode.java). I hope this makes sense. Does anyone know if it is possible?

i am almost positive this is possible but am not sure how to do it
 
Add or remove entries in the New objects list (ShellNew):
