Customized Command Button

Can I create a customized command button that will actually drop text into a
forwarded e-mail??? So when I click on the command button, it will
dynamically drop text into the forwarding e-mail.

Can someone tell me how to do this or if there's some web site out there
that will actually guide me through it???

You'd need to code that with VBA. If you want to insert text at the current
cursor position (instead of at the beginning or end of the text), you must
use Word as email editor, Outlook 2007, or use Redemption (www.dimastr.com).

Thanks for your reply Michael. I have done a little VBA but am by no means
any kind of expert. VERY NOVICE! That being said, is it a matter of creating
Autotext like in Word??? Should I open up Word and Record a Macro to get and
begin to try and understand the VBA syntax???

Is there any self-help for this kind of thing out there???

Try it, record the macro in Word, then let's see how that can be used in
Outlook. For that, please post the code to
microsoft.public.outlook.program_vba as this group isn't the right place to
programming issues.
