Outlook Button Execution Creation

I am by no means an Outlook expert. So I bring my Outlook riddle to a much
higher authority.

Is it possible within Outlook to create a button that I can push that will
automatically set up a Forward e-mail with standard text??? Kind of like a
macro, but probably not here in Outlook.

I'll give you an example of my idea. We get machine generated e-mails and I
normally forward them on to the appropriate party alerting them that the work
they requested has been completed. Rather than typing this confirmation every
blessed time, I would like to just click on a button in the toolbar that
would automatically forward the highlighted e-mail with some standradized
subject text and body text.

Any help or direction to a URL that might explain to me how to do this
within Outlook would be GREATLY appreciated.

Thanks in advance for your help and consideration.

Create a message that appears as you want it to look and save it to your
Drafts folder. Then when you want to send it, open that folder, right-click
int and choose Forward. It will remain in the Drafts folder for the next
time.
