Customize Task Toolbar

Is it possible to create "New Task" buttons that are Subject or Project
specific?

I am looking for Subject and Category to be pre0filled out for a quicker and
more accurate Task List.

I have created Toolbars and New Email buttons that are project specific, so
I thought the same would be possible with Task.
 
sure just customize a task form and either save it as a template or publish
it as form.
