Can I set up a shared task list for a team in Outlook?

In Outlook 2003, is it possible to set up a task list for a team of staff
that everyone can view and amend? Ideally, this task list would be divided
into categories relating to specific projects. Would this maybe need a new
Outlook account in the team's name which then sends out tasks to all on the
team?

You can share Task folder (personal or manually created) within the
team using ShareO tool by 4Team Corporation:

Or put in a Public Folder.

I am looking for help with the same thing.
I have created a folder in the Public Folders section, but I can't seem to
create one task file/folder within that which would enable my group to access
only one task list, instead of what I have them doing right now; sharing
their lists.

I wonder if someone can point me to the right tutorial or have some help and
advice?
