customize outlook today

I am wanting to change the appearance of my Outlook Today
page, but when I click on the "customize outlook today"
button, nothing happens. It's as if this feature in not
available. Any suggestions?

many of the people visiting these newsgroups are not aware of Google (or
they would have went their first) - you should provide a link to Google if
you are going to suggest it as the only answer.
