Customize Outlook Today won't open

We are trying to customize Outlook Today so that Outlook
will open in Outlook Today but the 'Customize Outlook
Today' button is not responding. No error messages occur.

We're using Outlook 2000, SP3. Thank you. Katherine

excess of *40,000* hits.
