Customize Outlook Today screen on Outlook 2000

Customize Outlook Today screen on Outlook 2000; for some
reason when I click the button now to try and customize
it, NOTHING HAPPENS. So I can't change it to show my
folders and the likes on the Today screen.

Anyone know a fix for this?

Close Outlook.
Click Start, Run, enter "c:\windows\ieuninst /q c:\windows\inf\q813489.inf",
without the quotes, click OK.
Computer should reboot itself.
Test.
